Comparison analysis of the pilot operation project's performance before and after installation over a three-month period

ENPOSS Co., Ltd. (CEO Seong-Kwon Choi), the manufacturer of the power-saving device FORCE, announced on the 11th that their 'Gamcheon Port Central Pier Power Saving Device Pilot Project' achieved a 10% savings in energy consumption. This announcement was made during a results presentation held in the conference room on the second floor of the Busan Port Authority's Gamcheon office.
This energy savings is comparable to achieving carbon neutrality by planting adult pine trees on 29% of Yeouido. Additionally, in collaboration with Kookmin Ilbo, ENPOSS is running the ‘Share Electricity, Share Love’ campaign to lower electricity costs for Korean churches, allowing more funds to be allocated to missionary work. Since its inception in 2008, ENPOSS has secured patents in 17 countries worldwide.
In this pilot project to save electricity and reduce greenhouse gases, the Busan Port Authority (BPA) installed ENPOSS power-saving devices for three months starting in September and compared the average power usage before installation. CEO Choi Seong-Kwon said, “If this is expanded and applied to multiple terminals within the Busan Port Authority, billions of won in annual power usage fees can be saved,” adding, “It will greatly reduce greenhouse gases and contribute to the carbon neutral policy.”
ENPOSS's power-saving device is a device made of a natural stone called tourmaline, which artificially increases the density of electrons and improves electrical conductivity. This improves electrical loss, impedance, harmonic distortion, heat, and vibration. It also has a great advantage in terms of stability as it extends the lifespan of equipment connected to the device and does not affect facility operation.
▲On the 11th, Choi Seong-Kwon, CEO of ENPOSS, explained the effects of installing a power-saving device at the central pier of Gamcheon Port.
CEO Choi said, “At a time when environmentally conscious carbon neutral policies are taking shape, it is important to not only save electricity but also improve power quality and develop technologies for the health of the planet.” He continued, “Going forward, we will expand consultations with related organizations and companies regarding the ‘Public Sector Target Management System Carbon Neutrality Support Project’ and the ‘Waste Heat Data Integrated Management System Construction Project’ recently announced by the government.”
