Installation Method

â–  Precautions for Equipment Installation

​

  • Verify that the Main circuit breaker is tripped and make sure it is tripped.

 

â–  Process

​

  • Open the Main panel board.

​

  • Turn off the Main breaker and check the voltage on the secondary side of the Main breaker with an instrument.

​​

  • Find a suitable location inside the Main panel board where the product can safely fit and insert it.

​​​

Installation Method

Primary side

Phase N

Switch(S/W)

  • ​Loosen the bolts or nuts on the secondary side of the Main breaker, and connect the Product's cable terminals to the secondary side of the Main breaker on each phase.

​​

  • Tie the cables together with cable ties after organizing them well with the existing cables.

​​

  • Turn on the Main breaker and verify that all equipment is working properly.
     

Secondary side

â–  FORCE Installation â… 

​

  • Always consult a qualified electrician before doing any electrical work.

​​

  • It should not be interpreted as instructions or procedures for FORCE installation or electrical panel work.

​

  • Components : FORCE, 2 – Terminal Y(White), 2 – Plug-in Terminal(Yellow), 2 – Cable, 2 – Rubber ring, 2 – Cab, 4-1 inch Screw(Y and Plug-in Terminal are connected to Cable)

Installation Methodâ… 
  • Find the Main breaker first, then turn off the Main breaker, and then turn off all breakers. (Before removing the panel cover, use an instrument to double-check that the power is off.)

​

  • After verifying that the power is off, remove the panel cover carefully. Insert the rubber ring(Narrow side facing terminal Y) through the plug-in terminal and connect the plug-in terminal to FORCE until it clicks.

​

  • Place the cap on the Y-shaped terminal, bring it to the device, and close it. (Twist it) Make sure the plug-in terminal is fully connected to the FORCE and seal it with the cap.

​

  • Install FORCE anywhere within 1 meter (39 inches) of the panel.

​

  • After loosening bolts or nuts attached to the Bus-Bar, connect one Y-terminal(white) to the left side of the Bus-Bar and tighten the bolts and nuts securely. Then connect the other Y terminal to the right side of the Bus-Bar as procedure #2-4.

​

  • Install the panel cover to the back.

​

  • Turn on the Main breaker to complete the installation.

â–  FORCE Installation â…¡

​

  • Always consult a qualified electrician before doing any electrical work.

​​

  • It should not be interpreted as instructions or procedures for FORCE installation or electrical panel work.

​

  • Components : FORCE, 2 – Terminal Y(White), 2 – Plug-in Terminal(Yellow), 2 – Cable, 2 – Rubber ring, 2 – Cab, 4-1 inch Screw (Y and Plug-in Terminal are connected to Cable)

  • Find the Main breaker first, then turn off the Main breaker, and then turn off all breakers. (Before removing the panel cover, use an instrument to double-check that the power is off.)

  • Place the cap on the Y-shaped terminal, bring it to the device, and close it. (Twist it) Make sure the plug-in terminal is fully connected to the FORCE and seal it with the cap.

​

  • Install FORCE anywhere within 1 meter (39 inches) of the panel.

​

  • Cut off the terminal Y on the cable, and peel off about 12 inches of the end of the cable cover. (Cover only)

​

  • Connect the cable to the switch.

​

  • On one or both sides of the panel, remove two switches shown in the first part, as shown in the figure.

​

  • Connect both FORCE-attached switches with the two top breakers in the first part of the selected panel.

​

  • Install a FORCE switch on the selected panel and turn on the switch only! (Not the main breaker)

​

  • Install the panel cover to the back Safely.

​

  • Turn on the Main breaker to complete the installation.

​
