Installation Method

■ Precautions for Equipment Installation

  • Verify that the Main circuit breaker is tripped and make sure it is tripped.

Process

  • Open the Main panel board.

  • Turn off the Main breaker and check the voltage on the secondary side of the Main breaker with an instrument.

  • Find a suitable location inside the Main panel board where the product can safely fit and insert it.

Installation Method

Primary side

Phase N

Switch(S/W)

Secondary side

  • Loosen the bolts or nuts on the secondary side of the Main breaker, and connect the Product's cable terminals to the secondary side of the Main breaker on each phase.

  • Tie the cables together with cable ties after organizing them well with the existing cables.

  • Turn on the Main breaker and verify that all equipment is working properly.

■ FORCE Installation Ⅰ

  • Always consult a qualified electrician before doing any electrical work.

  • It should not be interpreted as instructions or procedures for FORCE installation or electrical panel work.

  • Components : FORCE, 2 – Terminal Y(White), 2 – Plug-in Terminal(Yellow), 2 – Cable, 2 – Rubber ring, 2 – Cab, 4-1 inch Screw(Y and Plug-in Terminal are connected to Cable)

Installation MethodⅠ
  • Find the Main breaker first, then turn off the Main breaker, and then turn off all breakers. (Before removing the panel cover, use an instrument to double-check that the power is off.)

  • After verifying that the power is off, remove the panel cover carefully. Insert the rubber ring(Narrow side facing terminal Y) through the plug-in terminal and connect the plug-in terminal to FORCE until it clicks.

  • Place the cap on the Y-shaped terminal, bring it to the device, and close it. (Twist it) Make sure the plug-in terminal is fully connected to the FORCE and seal it with the cap.

  • Install FORCE anywhere within 1 meter (39 inches) of the panel.

  • After loosening bolts or nuts attached to the Bus-Bar, connect one Y-terminal(white) to the left side of the Bus-Bar and tighten the bolts and nuts securely. Then connect the other Y terminal to the right side of the Bus-Bar as procedure #2-4.

  • Install the panel cover to the back.

  • Turn on the Main breaker to complete the installation.

■ FORCE Installation Ⅱ
